WHO IS SHE
Meet Courtney, the pizzaiola herself! Courtney grew up in her parents pizzeria learning the insides and out of the pizza business. But that’s only where the bigger ideas started. Always sure to shop the freshest ingredients and stepping out of the comfort zone of your basic pizza toppings -Courtney has created a menu that will make you question everything you thought you knew about pizza.. (New Menu Dropping SO SOON!!😜) Oh not to mention, she isn’t just the brains behind it all, you can find her behind her oven on the truck making sure every pizza is cooked to perfection.
Outside of the pizza world Courtney is a mother of two little boys who you will occasionally see popping in to cheer on their mom and steal one of their favorite pepperoni pizzas.
